We look forward to hearing from you. Our technicians answer your inquiries from Monday to Thursday between 07:00 and 16:00, and Friday from 07:00 to 13:00.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day return period expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their condition, properties, and functionality.
