Consumer Information and Withdrawal Instruction
CONSUMER INFORMATION:
If you order goods while visiting our online shop, we would like to inform you of the following: (1) The language available for the conclusion of the contract is exclusively German. Translations into other languages are for informational purposes only. In case of discrepancies, the German text takes precedence.
(2) The essential features of the goods and services we offer, as well as the validity period of limited offers, can be found in the individual product descriptions on our website.
(3) The presentation of our goods does not constitute a binding offer on our part. Only your order of a product is a binding offer pursuant to § 145 BGB. In the event of acceptance of this offer, we will send you an order confirmation by email or dispatch the goods. This concludes the purchase contract between you and us.
(4) Any input errors when placing your order can be recognized during the final confirmation before checkout and can be corrected at any time using the delete and change function before sending the order.
(5) Should the goods you ordered be unavailable, we reserve the right not to fulfill the order, informing you of this immediately before the contract is concluded.
(6) The prices we indicate are final prices including taxes. Shipping costs are displayed separately for each product and in the order overview.
(7) The purchase price is due immediately upon ordering. Payment for the goods can be made at your discretion by credit card (we use the “SSL” transmission method to encrypt your personal data), bank transfer, or through our payment service provider. Our bank details are: DE87 5004 0000 0355 1991 00 at Commerzbank AG in Frankfurt am Main.

(8) The data required for the processing of the contract between you and us will be stored by us and are accessible to you at any time. In this respect, we refer to the data protection regulations in our general terms and conditions.

WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without
giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a
third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the
goods.
[1] To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us [2] of your decision to withdraw from this contract through a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. [3] To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from
you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from
your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard
delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days
from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them that is not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
We would like to inform you that we do not offer exchanges for goods sent abroad. In the case of a return, customers who have ordered from abroad will unfortunately not receive a refund for the shipping costs incurred for the return. Please take this into account when placing your order and deciding on a return.
