Gutes Produkt leider nicht kundenfreundlich
Leider liegen bei dem doch recht kostspieligen Set nur exakt die Mini-Klammern bei, die benötigt werden (Centartikel). Da mir beim doch recht pfriemeligen Einbau eine Klammer verloren ging, habe ich angefragt, ob ich diese ersetzt bekäme. Als Antwort sollte ich zusätzlich nochmal wahlweise ca. 26 oder 20 Euro für die Zusendung eines kompletten Klammersatzes überweisen. Kundenfreundlichkeit geht anders! Diese Erfahrung trübt die Freude am Produkt leider erheblich.
